KETO Friendly Blue Cheese Butter Seasoning (For Meats, Veggies & More)


Individual portions of Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup Bleu, Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Thoroughly blend together with an electric mixer. Line a plate or small baking sheet with waxed paper. Scoop tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the prepared plate.** 


Place in the freezer. After the butter portions are frozen, place them in a storage container. Keep in the freezer until ready to use. Makes about 11 portions.

**I used a two tablespoons "cookie" scoop.

Nutritional info per portion:
approximately 76 calories ~ 7.96 grams fat ~ .27 grams net carbs
~ 1.14 grams protein

Notes:  
This seasoning can be melted over hamburgers, steaks, chicken, fish, pork and lamb. It also is good on baked potatoes, mixed vegetables, soups and stews. 

Recipe may be doubled.
