1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup Bleu, Roquefort or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Thoroughly blend together with an electric mixer. Line a plate or small baking sheet with waxed paper. Scoop tablespoons of the butter mixture onto the prepared plate.**

Notes:
This seasoning can be melted over hamburgers, steaks, chicken, fish, pork and lamb. It also is good on baked potatoes, mixed vegetables, soups and stews.
Recipe may be doubled.
