KETO Friendly Broiled "Mexican" Shrimp Stuffed Avocados

A delicious KETO Friendly snack,
appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients:
2 small avocados
1 cup cooked, shelled and deveined small "salad" shrimp, finely chopped
1/2 cup finely shredded jack cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Tabasco or sriracha sauce, to taste

Method:
Halve the avocados. Remove the pits and skins. Place on a foil lined baking dish. 

Mix remaining ingredients. Divide evenly between the 4 avocado halves. Broil, 6 inches from the heat, until the cheese mixture is melted and bubbly. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.

~ 11.38 grams protein
