2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano (not ground)
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Stir together to mix well. Store in an airtight container. Makes a 1/2 cup of seasoning.
