KETO Two Minute Cheese Crisps (Egg Fast Friendly & VERY Low Carb!!!)

Crunchy & Quick Cheese Crisps ~
Great with guacamole and on salads!
Ingredients:
2 ounces Monterrey jack, pepper jack or cheddar cheese (or, other cheese)
seasoning of choice
parchment paper

Method:
Place a piece of parchment paper on a microwavable plate. Cut a 2 ounce slice of cheese into 4 or 5 strips and place about a 1/2 inch apart on the parchment lined plate. 


Two ounces of Monterrey jack cheese.
Cook in a microwave oven for 1 minute. Sprinkle with seasoning. Return to the microwave and cook for another minute. Cool and break into pieces. Eat as is, sprinkle on salads, or use to dip in guacamole. 
Makes one serving.


Cheese crisps with
"Everything But The Bagel Seasoning".
Notes:
Sometimes, I just want something crunchy to eat and this simple snack satisfies that craving! I sprinkled homemade Cajun Seasoning** on these crisps and loved them! Trader Joe's "Everything But The Bagel Seasoning" is good, too, but you can use whichever herbs you prefer. (or none at all, especially if made with pepper jack cheese)

212 calories ~ 17.2 grams fat ~ 0.4 gram net carbs ~ 13.8 grams protein

**Cajun Seasoning
Stir together:
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon dried oregano (not ground)
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Store in an airtight container. Makes a 1/2 cup of seasoning.
