SUPER QUICK & Delicious KETO Friendly Nutty Chocolate Bark

A Rich and Delicious chocolate treat.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup broken pecans
1/4 cup whole almonds
1/8 cup organic unsweetened flake coconut
One 9 ounce bag Lily's unsweetened dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
parchment paper

Method:
Preheat oven to 325*.  
Add the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of the butter to a glass bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for 20 to 30 more, or until melted.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Place the nuts on the prepared baking sheet and top with the remaining tablespoon of butter. Bake for 2 minutes. Stir and bake for another 2 minutes. Set aside. Sprinkle the coconut on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 minute.
Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate into an 10 inch by 7 inch rectangle. Sprinkle the nuts and coconut over the top of the chocolate. Gently press into the chocolate. Sprinkle with the salt. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes, or until completely chilled and set. 



Makes 13 ounces. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
