Make this sugar and spice mixture and store in the refrigerator,

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup Lakanto Golden Monkfruit sweetener (or other brown sugar substitute)
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
hot coffee
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups MCT or coconut oil (optional)
Method:
Cream butter, sweetener and spices to make spiced sweetener base. Store in a covered container in refrigerator. Add 2 teaspoons of the base to each coffee cup. Add 8 ounces of hot coffee, 1 tablespoon cream and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil. Serve. Makes enough flavoring for 24 cups of coffee.
Note: When I made this for my husband, Gregory, he said it reminded him of Christmas cookies. I say, "A coffee by any other name would taste as sweet."
