Add to a blender container:
2 cups freshly brewed coffee
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon MCT or regular coconut oil
3 twists of pink Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder (or regular unsweetened cocoa powder)
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 - 3 teaspoons Monkfruit sweetener or Pyure (or sweetener of choice)
Use high speed to blend. Pour 8 ounces into a coffee mug. Stir in:
1 tablespoon heavy cream (in each 8 ounce serving)
Makes two servings.
