12 cups water
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced (seeds removed)
3 lemons, juiced
2 inches of fresh ginger root
12 - 15 fresh mint leaves
Method:
Pour the water into a large pitcher.** Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Chill for 6 hours. If desired, pour through a strainer to serve. Makes 12 servings.
