A Delicious & Nutritious Smoothie! |
1 medium - large organic apple
1 cup frozen red grapes
1 - 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger root
1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened green tea
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Method:
Core the apple, but do not remove the peel. Chop and place into a blender container. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

Fresh home brewed green tea is the best to use in this recipe.
