Ingredients:
2 to 4 tablespoons dressing**
2 to 4 tablespoons dressing**
2 to 4 tablespoons shredded carrots (optional)
5 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped or sliced cucumbers
1 tablespoon sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1/8 to 1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds***
1/8 to 1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds***
1 sliced or chopped hard boiled
egg
1 to 1 1/2 cups baby spinach, shredded cabbage or salad mix
Large Mason jars or recycled pickle jars
Method:
It is important to layer the ingredients, in the jars, from bottom to top,
in the order they are listed. (Always with the dressing on the bottom.)
Store in fridge for up to a week
When
ready to eat, shake the jar. Empty onto a plate, or eat from the jar.

can add chicken, bacon, taco meat, cheese, sliced onions, chopped celery or whatever veggies and greens you prefer.
