Ingredients:
3 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Method:
Add all of the spices to a small container with an airtight lid. Stir or shake to mix. Store in a cool dark cabinet or drawer. Makes 1/4 cup or 12 teaspoons.
